What happens if I miss the order confirmation call?
Our confirmation team will make multiple attempts over 48 hours to reach you via phone call or WhatsApp. Please ensure your contact details are correct to prevent any delivery delays.
Payment Method & Inspection
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Egypt. You can inspect your item upon delivery with the courier before making any payment.
Delivery Time & Order Confirmation
Delivery typically takes between 2 to 5 business days for all governorates. Our team will contact you via phone or WhatsApp within 24 hours of placing your order to confirm delivery details.
Shipping Fees & Order Refusal
Standard shipping rates apply based on your location. If you choose to refuse the delivery after inspecting the product (for reasons other than manufacturing defects), a 50 EGP courier fee will apply.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 14-day warranty for returns or exchanges in case of clear manufacturing defects or functional issues. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be kept in its original packaging.
