Shipping policy

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed, our team will reach out to you within 24 to 48 hours via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your shipping details. Please ensure you provide an accurate and reachable phone number.

Delivery Timeframe:
Upon successful confirmation, your order will be shipped immediately and delivered within 2 to 5 business days across all governorates in Egypt.

Inspection Upon Delivery:
We offer full inspection upon delivery. You are welcome to open and inspect your items in the presence of the courier before making the payment.

Refusal Fee:
If you choose to refuse the order upon delivery for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, a flat fee of 50 EGP will be charged to cover courier shipping costs.
